Turning off the Safe Chat in Roblox
For the players who are under 13 Roblox have an automatic feature for the chat that it filters out any abusive or adult chat. When the user gets older than 13 year the chat restriction is lifted off but in some cases the restriction might not lift up.
Moreover, when the chat restriction is on, any type of abusive or adult chat appears as a hash symbol but sometimes it filters out the slang words as well. So, if you are over 13 and still your account has chat restrictions then you need to contact the support team of Roblox and for that follow the given steps:
Step 1: Login to your Roblox account and select the “help” option form the drop-down menu by clicking on the gear icon on the top right side:

Step 2: Next click on the “Support form” to send request to the Roblox about lifting the chat restrictions:
Step 3: Once the “Support form” is opened enter the all the details like “Contact Information” and “Issue Details”:
In the issue details after selecting the device you are using for Roblox select the “Chat & Age Settings”
Next another list of option will appear and from that list select “Adjust Child Privacy & Security Settings”:
Next add a description about your issue and submit the form, you will receive a reply from the Roblox support team.
Actually, there is no safe chat option available whether you are under 13 or over 13 as the chat restriction automatically changes as you become over 13. You can see if you are under 13 then the chat filtering will be maximum and even the parents cannot change it:
