Click on “Add to Chrome”. A window should pop up asking you to install the extension. Click on “Add Extension” and wait for it to install.

Wait for the installation to finish. You should see the Zoom icon visible on the extensions bar.

With this, you can proceed to schedule meetings on Google Chrome.

Scheduling a Meeting Using the Zoom Extension

Now that you have the Zoom Scheduler Plugin installed on Google Chrome, all that’s left is to learn how to use it.

Start by opening the extension. You should see that the Zoom icon should be visible in the address bar located at the top of your Google Chrome window.

Clicking on the button will prompt you with a window asking you to Sign In with your account credentials.

Clicking on start a meeting should prompt you with two options which ask whether you would like to start the meeting with the camera on or off.

Upon selecting one of the options, a new tab should open up. Click on “Launch Meeting” to start a meeting.

If you press “Schedule a Meeting”, a new tab will open, and you’ll be taken to “Zoom Scheduling Options”. Choose the settings that suit you. If you don’t know what they do, leave the default settings and click “Save and Continue”.

Upon pressing “Save and Continue” you will be taken to Google Calendar, from where you can schedule your meetings as events.

Once you choose the appropriate date and time, click on Save. Your meeting is now scheduled.
