Integrating HubSpot with Salesforce
Zapier is utilized to integrate Salesforce and HubSpot in this guide. Using Zapier is free and simple. No coding is required. We just need one Salesforce account and a HubSpot account.
In this scenario, we create contacts in Salesforce whenevent a contact in HubSpot is added to the “contacts” list. This automation is done through the Zapier tool.
First, we need to set up a contact list in our HubSpot account. Go to the “Contacts” tab and create two contacts with the following details (or details of your own).
We have two contacts. Let’s create a list for these two contacts. Go to the “Contacts” tab again and click on “Lists”.
Now, click the “Create list” button which is used to create the contact list.
Add a name to your list by opting its kind. Let’s choose an active list of a “Contact-based” list and click on “Next”.
Let’s add filters to our list. Choose the “Contact” properties and specify the conditions on the “Create date” field. Select “Today”. You can preview the list and save it.
Now, the “Contacts” list is ready in HubSpot.
Navigate to the following link and choose “Create Salesforce leads from the contacts added to a list on HubSpot” by clicking the “Try it” button. Here, they specify the leads but we will work on the contacts.
