How to Install Latest NGINX 1.11.9 on Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL

Nginx 1.11.9 (pronounced as [engine x]) is the most recent release and this release addresses reported bugs. Nginx is an open source webserver, HTTP & reverse proxy server, as well as a mail proxy server.
