You can also enable the dark mode for the web page content too. The dark mode on web pages on your Chromebook can be enabled by turning on the ‘’Force dark mode for web contents’’ flag. Enable the dark mode on your web pages by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the Chrome browser:


Step 2: Write the following line in the web address bar:

chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark

 
Select the enable option to apply the dark mode to the webpages of your Chromebook:


Step 3: Restart your Chromebook to apply and save the changes:

After the restart process, a new dark theme option will be available in the quick settings panel, and from now on, you can easily apply and revert the dark mode on your Chromebook with a single click. Follow these steps to enable dark mode from Chromebook settings:

Step 1: Click on the display time to open the settings:
